Stanford is the Director of the Commercial Buildings Policy Team in the Energy Performance & Security Division of DCEEW. He has responsibility for commercial buildings energy efficiency policy development including commercial buildings initiatives under the Energy Ministers’ Trajectory for Low Energy Buildings.

Gary is an economist and accountant by profession, and he has previously held Commonwealth roles as Chief Executive of the National Capital Authority and Chief Operating Officer of the Therapeutic Goods Administration, in the NSW Government Office of Sport and the Chief Minister’s, Environment & Planning, Justice & Community Safety, and Community Services Directorates in the ACT Government. He has also worked in the banking industry and as a financial and project performance consultant.

Dyan is one of the key instigators of the National Building Products Coalition and for over two years has been working within this industry alliance to help advance the Building Confidence Report towards practical implementation. The latest piece of work for the Coalition - Implementation Guide for the Traceability and Digitalisation of Building Product Information - provides the foundational elements for the sharing of accessible, verifiable, timely and harmonised building product information along the entire supply chain.

Katie is the embodied carbon lead at NABERS. Her team is developing an embodied carbon rating tool that will measure embodied carbon in new buildings and major refurbishments. A core aspect of this work is collaborating with people across the building industry, to ensure we develop a tool that's trusted, meaningful, and drives behaviour change to reduce emissions.

Neil is the Managing Director of ICC Oceania, an arm of the International Code Council, a global provider of building safety solutions, including model building codes and a suite of practical solutions for regulators, practitioners and manufacturers involved in the building sector. He is also engaged by the Insurance Council of Australia as a specialist adviser on matters relating to the built environment, and in particular its intersection with climate change.

Geoff has been involved in building control for over 45 Years. He worked 12 years in Local Government, went into private practice in 1988 and is now the Managing Director and Principal Building Surveyor for GMA Certification Group which is one of the largest private certification companies based in State of Queensland, Australia.
